EGGS BENEDICT… Best breakfast Bend Oregon! Ask any local. Farm fresh poached eggs, Deschutes bacon, fresh housemade English muffin, topped with real fresh hollandaise.
SMOKED SALMON EGGS BENEDICT… Taking eggs benedict to the limit: fresh Northwest King Salmon, smoked here at the cafe, poached eggs, fresh basil, tomato, housemade English muffin, topped with real fresh hollandaise.
JOSE’S BREAKFAST BURRITO… Two eggs scrambled with onion, sausage, cilantro and pepper jack cheese rolled inside a flour tortilla covered with salsa and sour cream.
HUEVOS RANCHEROS… There are huevos and then are our huevos: a flour tortilla covered with black beans, two fried eggs, cheddar cheese, avocado, cilantro pesto and fresh salsa.
EGG MUFFIN SANDWICH… Farm fresh fried egg, Deschutes bacon, cheddar cheese on our fresh housemade English muffin.
BACON OR SAUSAGE & EGGS… Your choice of two strips of Deschutes bacon or two sausage patties, both Central Oregon fresh.
CHICKEN SAUSAGE LINK & EGGS… Flame grilled chicken sausage link.

HALF PIPE SCRAMBLE… Farm fresh eggs scrambled with artichoke hearts, spinach, mushrooms and basil pesto topped with jack cheese.
SPINACH, MUSHROOM & SWISS… Stuffed full of all three.
CALIFORNIA DELIGHT… Loaded with avocado, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and Swiss cheese.
BAJA OREGON… A taste of the south: Spicy chicken, jalapeno jack cheese, cilantro, salsa and sour cream.
SMOKED SALMON… Fresh salmon, smoked here at the Alpenglow, cream cheese, fresh dill and topped with fresh hollandaise.
ZEUS’S FAVORITE SCRAMBLE… When Zeus, the king of the Greek Gods, had breakfast at the Alpenglow, this is what he ordered: fresh oregano, kalamata olives, caramelized onions, fresh tomatoes, feta, cream cheese and scallions.

All pancakes and waffles are made daily using fresh eggs, milk and Northwest flour. They are served with your choice of Grade A Vermont maple syrup or Oregon Marionberry syrup.

FRENCH TOAST… Three thick slices of cinnamon swirl bread dipped in egg batter and perfectly grilled.

SEASONAL STUFFED FRENCH TOAST… Season’s fresh fruit or berries stuffed into our housemade bread dipped in egg batter and perfectly grilled.
PECAN WAFFLE… Our large four square Belgian waffle packed with pecans.
WAFFLE BREAKFAST… Belgian waffle, Deschutes bacon or sausage and two eggs.
BUTTERMILK PANCAKES… You’ve never had anything so light and fluffy.
CASCADING GRAINS PANCAKES… Whole wheat, rolled oats, wheat, rye, barley, triticale and walnuts.
POTATO PANCAKES… Chunky potato mixed with cheddar cheese, Deschutes bacon and spices served with your choice of sour cream or housemade applesauce.
